I am Paolo Del Chicca, owner of Paolo Del Chicca Immobiliare in Livorno.

My passion for real estate began as a teenager: in 1956 my father created the "Studio Immobiliare Del Chicca" in Livorno, immediately establishing itself as the city's leading agency.

Frequenting the offices, I always "breathed" the air of real estate brokerage.

In 1974 I became a real estate agent, and I have always carried out the activity continuously.

After living in the 1980s between São Paulo and Rio De Janeiro, where I understood the importance of Tuscany in the world, in the 1990s I created my own agency, which specialized in prestige properties in Livorno and Tuscany, establishing mainly synergies in Italy and abroad.

I have been part of the most important international organizations aimed at luxury properties, such as LeadingRE, Luxury Portfolio and Prestige MLS, and I have participated in numerous meetings in major

cities around the world.

In 1994 I was a founding member of ITALIAN NETWORK SERVIZI IMMOBILIARI, the first Italian network for luxury properties, with exclusive representation for Italy of SOTHEBY'S INTERNATIONAL REALTY.

In 2004 I was a founding partner of EREN, with headquarters in London and affiliates in major European cities.

In 2013 I was a founding partner of ITALIAN NETWORK REALTY, a "made in Italy" network of professionals specializing in high-end properties, with worldwide connections.

I operate in Livorno and Western Tuscany, while still being able to handle purchases and sales in other Italian regions and abroad: a high percentage of our clientele comes from all over Italy and the rest of the world.

The services I offer range around the entire real estate sector, with brokerage in Italy and abroad, 360-degree assistance up to the notarial deed, highly complex appraisals, mortgage consulting, up to the "Property Finder", i.e. targeted and personalized search of properties.
