The newest of the Nef projects implemented by Timur Gayrimenkul rises in Gölköy, which is called the paradise bay of Bodrum with views of the deep blue Aegean Seas and surrounded by natural olive and pine trees. The project is the signature of Emre Arolat Architecture Office, which is the largest architecture office in Turkey and has won many awards by taking part in many national and international competitions. With a wide view of the bay, Nef Reserve Gölköy consists of 50 independent villas on 46. 000 SQM plot.
The individual areas of the villas vary between 400 and 1200 SQM. The number of rooms ranges from 3+1 to 7+1 villas. Designed in two types as 24 twin villas and 26 detached villas consisting of 12 blocks. Each villa has its own swimming pool and terrace and garden areas.

A boat belonging to Nef Gölköy is made available to the hosts by reservation on the boat dock and you can also have zodiac boats attached to your boat on this pier.
