Katherine Walkerdine
Katherine has been living in Spain since founding Mortgage Direct in 2006. Prior to that, she had her own practice in London for 15 years advising high-net-worth clients on their investment and taxation planning. She still holds the FCA and UK mortgage qualifications alongside the recent Spanish, regulatory Accredited Real Estate Loan Assessor qualification. Her main role is in business development to ensure the company maintains its leading position in Spain.
